Learn how to efficiently manage your logins for SPRK, the servicing tool used by airlines like American Airlines and Lufthansa Group
Many airlines connected to Duffel, including Aegean Airlines, American Airlines and Lufthansa Group, use an IT provider called Farelogix.
If you're using Duffel in BYO Content mode and you want to make changes to you bookings with these airlines, you can use a tool provided by Farelogix called SPRK.
Managing multiple Farelogix logins
If you're using Duffel with multiple Farelogix airlines, you'll have an "office" per airline, known by Farelogix as a "pseudo city code".
To access the SPRK tool, that means you'll have to use one login per airline. This can be quite inefficient when managing bookings, as you will have to log out of one airline to log in to another.
SPRK has a feature called "PCC Bridging" which allows you to access multiple PCCs for different airlines with one account, so you don't have to log in and out all the time.
To set up PCC bridging, you should start by picking one login as your main login. Make a note of the PCC (pseudo city code) associated with it (for example "AOJ1").
You can log in to each of your other PCCs, and give access to them to your main login.
Log in to each of your other SPRK logins in turn, then click the green "Settings" button in the top-right hand corner.
Next, double click "Bridging". Enter your PCC for your main login, then click "Add".
If you log out and switch back to your main login, you'll see a drop-down in the top right hand corner of the screen where you can switch between your PCCs.
Giving Duffel access to your Farelogix account
For a better customer service experience, we recommend giving Duffel access to your Farelogix PCCs. This will allow us to see exactly what is going on in your account and guide you through and tricky processes.
To give Duffel access, follow the instructions above, but enter the PCC AOJ1
on the "Bridging" screen.
