A chargeback is a process where your customer, the cardholder, can dispute a charge on their debit or credit card. These are instigated by the customer contacting their card issuing bank for a refund.
If this occurs, we may contact you to request evidence that the payment was valid. If the dispute is valid then the disputed amount will be refunded to the cardholder.
We charge a £15.00 fee to cover the costs to process a dispute. If you win the dispute we will refund this amount
Any refunds or fees owed will be collected from your Duffel balance or via Invoice.
