Travel Support
If you have a question about a booking you've already made through Duffel, or you want to cancel it or make any changes, you can reach our Travel Support team between 7am and 7pm UK time, Monday to Friday.

If you're a Self-Managed customer with your own IATA accreditation and airline relationships, our Travel Support team can also offer help with airlines' policies and agency portals.
If you need urgent help related to an order where the passenger is due to travel within the next 48 hours, you can access our priority support service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please speak to your Account Manager for details.
When contacting our Travel Support team, please make sure that you include the Duffel order ID or the airline's booking reference (sometimes known as a "record locator" or "PNR").
