Whether you can get a refund, and how much you can get, depends on the conditions of the fare you originally purchased.
Usually, a full refund is available until the end of the day when you made your booking, even for the most restrictive fares.
For some airlines, you won't be able to cancel automatically. If you're an IATA travel agent, you'll need to process the cancellation through the airline's agency tool. If you're not an IATA agent, then drop us an email at email@example.com and we'll be happy to help.
