I'm not an IATA travel agent
If you're not an IATA travel agent, then you'll need to get in touch with Duffel to make changes to your customers' bookings.
Just drop us an email at help@duffel.com with details on the changes your customer wants to make and we'll take you through the process.
Please don't contact the airline directly - they won't be able to help you.
