Understand your customer's options for flights booked with American Airlines and American Eagle
My customer's flight hasn’t been cancelled
If your customer booked on or before 30th June and is due to travel before 30th September, we can rebook them onto alternative flights or request a voucher so they can pick their new flights later.
The customer won't have to pay any change fee, but they will have to pay any difference in the fare and taxes. They must travel before 31st December 2021.
If you request a voucher, we'll request the voucher on behalf of your customer, and we will let you know when we have received the voucher.
When the passenger is ready to rebook you will need to contact us and we can then rebook the passenger onto the new flights. If the customer needs to pay anything extra for their new flights, we'll let you know.
My customer's flight has been cancelled
If your customer's flight has been cancelled, then they can rebook or request a voucher as above, or they can request a full refund.
