Understand your customer's options for flights booked with Vueling
My customer's flight hasn't been cancelled
If the booking includes flights on or before 31st May 2020, the customer can change their booking with no change fee.
The new flights must be for the same route, and the customer will have to pay any difference in the fare and taxes.
Only one change is allowed per booking, and the change must be made before the first flight departs.

There are three options:
Request a voucher
The customer can request a flight voucher to be used on Vueling.com, valid for 18 months.
It can be split across multiple bookings, and it isn't tied to the original passenger.
If the customer booked more than one flight and any of their upcoming flights was cancelled, they can get a refund for all of the other flights in the booking too.
To rebook, email help@duffel.com with the Duffel order ID or booking reference.
In the future, it will be possible to exchange these Vueling vouchers for cash.
Rebook to new flights within the next 2 months
The customer can switch to different flights for the same route within the next 2 months, completely free of charge.
To rebook, email help@duffel.com with the Duffel order ID or booking reference, and the customer's new choice of dates.
Rebook to new flights further into the future
The customer can switch to different flights for the same route more than 2 months away, but they will have to pay any difference in the fare and taxes.
To rebook, email help@duffel.com with the Duffel order ID or booking reference, and the customer's new choice of dates.
