Understand your customer's options for flights booked with Cathay Pacific
Your customer has three options - it doesn’t matter if their flights are running, or if they have been cancelled:
Request a full refund
If your passenger booked on or before 23rd March and is due to travel between 17th March and 30th June, we can claim a full refund for the customer - even if the ticket is non-refundable or there is usually a penalty fee.
Change to alternative flights with no change fee
If your passenger booked on or before 23rd March and is due to travel between 17th March and 30th June, they can make unlimited changes to their booking.
There will be no change fee, but any fare difference will apply. The passenger must complete their trip by 30th June 2021.
If you passenger booked between 24th March and 30th June, an alternative policy is available which allows unlimited changes with no change fee, as long as the passenger finishes their trip within one year of making their booking. Any fare difference will apply.
Get a Cathay Pacific voucher
If your passenger booking on or before 23rd of March and is due to travel between 17th March and 30th June, we can request a voucher for the customer, as long as the request is made before the original departure date.
The passenger must rebook their trip by contacting Cathay Pacific, and they must finish their trip by 30th June 2021.
