Understand your customer's options for flights booked with British Airways
My customers flight hasn’t been cancelled
Request a voucher through Duffel
If your passenger is due to travel between now and 31 July 2020 we can claim a voucher to the value of your booking, valid for travel until 30 April 2022.
Vouchers can be used as payment, or part payment, for a future booking. The new trip booked with the voucher must be fully completed by 30 April 2022 (departure and return).
We will request the EMD voucher on behalf of your traveller, and we will advise you when we have received the voucher. When the passenger is ready to rebook you will need to contact us and we can then rebook the passenger onto the new flights using the voucher.
