My customer’s flight has been cancelled
If your passenger’s flight has been cancelled, they’ll receive a voucher for the total value of the ticket, to be used for future travel for any destination of the passenger’s choice.
For flights departing on or after 4th June, a refund will also be available.
My customer’s flight hasn’t been cancelled
If your passenger is due to depart on or before 30th September 2020, they can rebook to the same destination with no change fee for new travel dates up until the 31st of March 2021. They will have to pay any difference in the fare and taxes.
