Understand your customer's options for flights booked with Qatar Airways
My customer’s flight hasn’t been cancelled
If the customer’s flight was booked on or before 30th September 2020 for travel up to 31st December 2020, they have three options:
Request a voucher
We can request a voucher for the original amount paid, plus a bonus of 10% of the fare and fuel surcharges. It will be valid for two years from the date of issue, and can be used on the Qatar Airways website.
Request a refund in Qatar Airways miles
We can request a credit for the customer in the form of Qatar Airways Qmiles. The customer will receive 100 Qmiles for each $1 USD they paid originally, credited to their Qatar Airways Privilege Club account.
Rebook onto alternative flights
The customer can change their flights without any change fee.
If the change is made before 31st December 2020, the passenger can change their destination to any airport within 5,000 miles of their original destination, and whatever flight they pick will be completely free of charge.
If the change is made after 31st December 2020, the passenger can still change their destination if they wish, but they will have to pay any difference in the fare and taxes.

The customer can pick any of three options above, or they can request a full refund.
