Understand your customer's options for flights booked with Aegean Airlines or Olympic Air
My customer’s flights haven’t been cancelled
We can change the passenger’s booking to depart on any future travel date until the 27th of March 2021. There won’t be any change fee, but the customer will have to pay any difference in the fare and taxes.
One of more of my customer’s flights have been cancelled
There are two options available:
Request a voucher to spend on aegeanair.com
We can apply for a voucher for the total value of the original ticket.
The passenger will receive a voucher code to use when booking a new flight on aegeanair.com. The voucher must be used to make a booking within 18 months from the date when the voucher was issued. The passenger can fly further in the future, as long as they make the booking within that time period.
Vouchers should be issued within 30 days from the date of request, but this may take longer as Aegean are working on a large backlog of vouchers to issue.
Rebook to alternative dates
We can change the passenger’s booking completely free of charge to depart within 14 days of the original departure date. This change must be processed at least 3 days before the original departure. The passenger won’t have to pay any change fee or fare and tax difference.
If the customer doesn’t want to fly within 14 days of their original dates, they should request a voucher instead. However, with the voucher, the customer will have to cover any different in the fare and taxes.
